There are many land lords who own many rental apartments and to manage all those things they search for an expert to manage the properties. We do have many companies in the market so choosing a manager to manage the property is a hectic task. The next thing which makes us to worry a lot is the salary of those managers. They have this enormous what they call there log cabin, I call it a lakeside chalet, and it is just so relaxing to stay there. We went last year with them and I got to tell you, they furnished that place with such love and character and they chose just the right rustic furniture to make it so cozy and warm. I love the fact that the cabin is n the woods setting and there is a small stream that flows out back of it. The bedroom we get to use has big sliding glass doors that we can leave open at night and listen to nature at it’s finest…not the honks and toots of cars and trucks from the city. The rooms are decorated with this rustic style furniture and it just absolutely makes the place so cozy. Some day, I keep saying, I will have this too. But hey! For now I will share in their good fortune.
This is back to nature at its best.

The Georgia legislature is looking at ways to make health insurance more affordable by providing tax breaks to employers & individuals who buy HDHP (high deductible health plans).
As a Georgia resident and agent, this is something that is now on my radar.
In addition to exempting these plans from premium taxes, there are tax breaks.
Small employers under the bill would get a $250 tax credit per enrolled worker, and individuals buying them would get a tax credit.
Tax breaks. Gotta love it, right?
So what’s the problem?
The premium tax in Georgia is a whopping 2.5% of gross premium. Eliminating taxes paid by carriers on these policies may generate some savings, but not anything noticeable.
Many who are uninsured do not pay taxes. Others (the young invincible’s) pay taxes but see no need for buying health insurance.
This is a step in the right direction but like most other proposals, does nothing to control health care costs.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday refused relief to Anil Ambani group-controlled Utility Energytech Engineers Pvt Ltd, which had sought to encash bank guarantee after default by its subcontractor Maytas Infrastructure in a highway expansion project.
ICICI Bank had given the performance guarantee for Maytas Infrastructure’s highway project in Tamil Nadu and the Bombay High Court had last month given the bank time till June 18 to deposit the money it underwrote.
A bench headed by Justice Markandey Katju, without going into the merits of the impugned interim orders of the high court of May 15 and May 21 this year, asked the high court to hear the matter on June 8, the day it reopens after summer vacation.
It further clarified that the case would be heard by “the appropriate bench” of the high court and no adjournments should be given to the parties on that date.

Ladies, how much risk of lead exposure would you be willing to undergo for ruby red lips? Is it even something to be concerned about? Well, it depends on who you ask. According to the NYT, a debate is ensuing at the FDA over lead suspected in tubes of women’s favorite shades of lip color.
A recent study found that 1/3rd of lipsticks had in excess of the acceptable limit of lead allowed for candy, raising the question of whether women puckering up are putting them at risk for lead exposure. Cosmetics companies blame only the reddest of red shades–many of which they no longer make–and now assure us that it’s safe to slather on the lip color. But advocacy groups are not so sure. It might be a good idea for FDA, who is completely lacking in any regulation for lead limits for lipsticks, to develop some guidelines in this area.
But is this really a public health risk? Doesn’t most women’s lipstick come off on their morning coffee cups long before they have a chance to ingest it any other way? Shouldn’t we be more worried that our coffee mugs are going to get lead poisoning rather than ourselves? However, there are those who believe that there is no safe level of lead exposure–and for them, all lipsticks should be right out–at least until the data is in–but that could take years.
To me, this seems like much ado about nothing–or just one more reason to go after the cosmetic industry for a less than minimal risk of exposure for the very same women who may be exposed to lead at work, in their homes, the soil or from the imported Chinese toys with which their children play.
At the very least, until the data is in, there seems to be no reason to toss your gloss–except maybe the reddest of reds. For now, pucker up!
